Yes its Saturday and I am still walking across country with my Son Matt (bless him) I always go with him no matter how I feel on the day I guess its that stubborn feeling born within me that says "if you can stand up and walk" then do it while you still can I haven't had that positivity and my usual Bouncability in my step lately but I will find it again of that I am sure,I meet so many lovely people on my walks and they always pass the time of day with me(well most of them do ) lol anyway that's it for today so my friends what ever you do keep smiling from the heart and the rest will follow naturally.
