Hello backs getting better after numerous exercises first thing in the morning and on and off all day,managed to take Penny out over the field 3 times to day,can't sit down to long though as my back seizes up,but that can only be a good thing(LOL) its strange our ones perception changes when you can get about and do more,my diet of sardines and milk everyday no sugar,salt,or processed food,I suppose really for my age i'm in pretty good shape compared to a lot of people and I count my blessings every day,anyway I digress keep smiling and keep bouncing back my friends and try and enjoy each day when you can.and don't forget to look at the trees,the sky,flowers and see that the best things in life really are free.
