This is just a record of my walks with my camera and my thoughts, but not to much thinking as it can make you forget how to laugh,I reside near the River Medway in the Garden of England(North Kent) a truly wonderful location for views, wildlife, architecture ,bird reserves, and lovely friendly people,I am indeed fortunate in the place and the year of my birth,I hope that you enjoy this account of my local walks and the photos of where I venture and what I see.

Good Sunday Morning
This made an early stroll on a stroll through Cobham Woods to find Lord Darnleys Toe Monument which I last visited 60 years ago and its taken me all that time to find it again ,he chopped his toe off with an brushhook while chopping wood, and the Mausoleum was built for all the Darnleys,a lovely walk on a lovely day but very very cold
