Good afternoon my friends this morning I decided to visit Capstone Country Park,arrived there at 8,30am ,found my way there after going round a roundabout three times ,it's well worth a visit ,the staff are very helpful and make time to chat with you,(that's if you feel like talking)but as my love of people is only exceeded by my passion and enthusiasm of  photography and walking,I will stop and enjoy talking with anyone and give them all equal respect,anyway I digress (I,ve always wanted to say that)I have not done much thinking to day(that's a good thing) I still have that Bouncability and zest for life,"Every Day is a Bonus"my friends Where am I going tomorrow,nowhere ,somewhere,we shall have to wait and see what tomorrow brings,but as long as we have put 110% in to day that's another great memory we can store away to remember another time.
