Its Saturday and the world is a good place however we feel,to day is my wifes birthday and we are decorating the stairs,I bought her a paint brush and a tin of emulsion which she seems very pleased with(LOL) she also got a lovely bouquet of flowers from yours truly and my undying and eternal love.

Good morning I am absolutely famished I have to have a fasting blood test and have nothing to eat since yesterday,have found out that I have Diabetes type 2 as well as everything else,but still every day is a BONUS even more so,I have decided that at my age I am not having anymore,I am going to eat sensibly but no more can't eat that can eat this,my anxiety is very high do don't forget live your life to the full and appreciate everything that is around my friends,enjoy your day
